电火花线切割断丝特征及断丝预报的研究

摘　　要：研究了电火花线切割加工中出现断丝时的先兆特征，提出了独特的判别指标．在此基础上应用神经网络理论中的遗传－ＢＰ算法来预报非正常断丝的出现，并用加工过程中采集到的数据对系统进行了验证．This paper studies boding features of the abnormal wire_rupture in WEDM process, and put forward a distinct judging index. On this basis, a Genetic_Backpropagation algorithm of neural network theory has been applied to predict the appearance of abnormal wire_rupture in WEDM process. Some data getting from machining process have been used to verify the system.
