以Medpor为种植体治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折改善复视程度的临床分析

摘  要:目的评价以Medpor为种植体治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折的临床效果,为临床工作提供借鉴。方法回顾性分析哈医大一院眼科手术治疗的32例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者的病例资料,观察患者手术前后复视的改善程度。结果32例患者中,有30例患者术前存在不同程度的复视。术后随访3个月,14例患者复视完全治愈,其余患者均有不同程度好转;随访6个月,27例患者复视完全治愈,3例复视症状好转,无1例无效。32例患者手术前后视力无变化,术后无眼位偏斜,双眼球运动不受限。无1例发生Medpor植入后感染和排异反应。结论早期诊断、早期治疗及术后早期运动训练,是治疗效果的关键。以Medpor为种植体治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折临床效果安全可靠,值得在工作中推广和应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effects of Medpor implantantion in orbital bowl - out fractures. Providing reference for the clinical work. Methods Retrospective study and analysis was made on and of 32 orbital blowout fracture (no eye ball rupture) patients who received orbital reconstruction in Ophthalmology Hospital of the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University, Observing the improvement degree of the diplopia perioperatively. Results 30 cases of 32 patients were combined with diplopia in different degrees in preoperation. Follow - up of 3 months after operation, 14 cases were cured, 16 cases improved. Followup of 6 months, 27 cases were cured, 3 cases improved. There is no eyesight change after operation. Postoperatively, no eye deflection after operation, no restricted ocular motility occurred. No infection and rejection after medpor implantation occurred. Conclusion Early diagnosis, early treatment and early postoperative exercise training are the key to fine curative effect. The clinical effects of orbital blow- out fracture patients having received orbital reconstruction with Medpor implantantion is safe and reliable, so medpor implants are worth popularization and application widely.
