摘  要:运用生物力学的手段对河北省部分优秀女子举重运动员的抓举动作进行测试分析,对其技术动作做出诊断和评价,揭示河北女子举重运动员抓举技术特征,发现部分运动员技术上存在的不足,有针对性地解决他们的技术问题,提高科学训练水平。通过对运动员抓举过程中膝关节角、髋关节角随时间变化特征的研究表明:抓举过程中膝关节角度曲线成双峰,而髋关节角度曲线为单峰,但运动员在抓举整个过程中有的环节角度不适宜,应寻找适宜的发力角度。而对身体垂直重心速度随时间变化特征的研究表明:运动员在整个抓举过程中杠铃垂直方向上的最大速度比较大,运动员力量能力较好,但应注意掌握好技术动作的节奏性,加强技术练习,及完整技术的节奏练习,对成绩的提高将是大有裨益的。The use of biomechanics,Hebei Province by means of some elite female weightlifters snatch action and analyzed its technical movement to make the diagnosis and evaluation,revealed Hebei technical characteristics of women s weightlifting snatch athletes,found that some athletes,the technical shortcomings,in a targeted manner to solve their technical problems,improve the level of scientific training.The snatch,the athlete through the process of knee joint angle and hip angle time-varying characteristics of the study:the snatch during the knee angle curve into two peaks, while the hip joint angle curve of a single peak,but the athletes in the snatch some of the whole process angle of inappropriate links should be made to find suitable power point of view. The center of gravity on the body vertical velocity time-varying characteristics of the study:athletes in the whole process of the barbell snatch the vertical direction of the maximum speed of relatively large power capacity of athletes is better, but should pay attention to master the technical movements of the rhythms, to strengthen technical practice , and complete the rhythm of technology practice for the improvement of performance would be helpful.
