非水滴定法测定食品中糖精钠含量的研究

摘　　要：[目的]在非水条件下,建立快速测定食品中糖精钠的方法。[方法]以冰乙酸为溶剂,用高氯酸的冰乙酸标准溶液滴定,测定食品中糖精钠的含量。[结果]经过反复试验,相对标准误差为0.77%～0.96%,加标回收率达97.1%～100.2%。[结论]该方法定量分析准确,精确度高,可靠性和重现性好。[ Objective ] A method for rapid determination of sodium saccharin in foods was established. [ Method ] With glacial acetic acid as the solvent, the sodium eontent in foods was determined with perchloric acid standard solution of glacial acetic acid titration. [ Result] RSD was 0.77% - 0.96% , and addition reeovery rate was 97.1% - 100.2%. [ Conclusion ] The determination method was accurate, precise, reliable, reproducible and simple.
