摘　　要：马铃薯茎尖脱毒技术的应用是克服马铃薯病毒病和类病毒病害的主要措施之一。系统总结了茎尖脱毒技术体系中的脱毒、快繁、种薯诱导和检测技术的影响因素和研究进展,主要包括茎尖大小、外源激素、温度、光照、环境、培养基等因素以及RT-PCR检测技术等,还分析了脱毒马铃薯增产的机理,并展望了该技术今后研究方向。The application of the virus-free technology of potato tip is one of main measures for solving the virus diseases. The research progresses and influencing factors of the potato tip culture technology system during the processes of the virus-free, rapid propagation, micro-tuber inducement and virus detection, mainly including size of tip, hormone, temperature, sunlight, environment and media, and so on were systemically summarized. The high-yield mechanism of the virus-free potato was analyzed. And the future research direction of the technology was predicted.
