摘  要:[目的]探索重金属铅对羊蹄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以成熟羊蹄种子为材料,研究在不同的Pb(NO3)2质量浓度(0、75、150、300、600、900、1200和1500mg/L)的溶液处理下,羊蹄种子的萌发及幼苗生长的变化。[结果]铅胁迫对羊蹄种子萌发的影响不显著;低浓度的铅处理对幼苗的生长影响不大,但随着铅浓度的升高,幼苗根长、湿重、干重、含水率均受到较大影响。[结论]铅对羊蹄种子萌发的影响不显著,但对羊蹄幼苗的生长表现出抑制,且抑制程度随其浓度的增大呈递增趋势。[ Objective ] The aim of the experiment was to explore the influence of Plumbum on germination and seedlings growth of Rumex japonicus Houtt.. [ Method ] With Rumex japonicus Houtt. seeds as the material, the influences of different Plumbum concentrations (0,75, 150, 300, 600, 900,1 200 and 1 500 mg/L) on their germination and seedlings growth were studied. [ Results] Different Pb concentrations had no significant effects on seeds germination; The seedlings also grew well in the low concentration, but the seedling root length, fresh weight, dry weight,water content had been greater influenced with the increasing of plumbum concentration. [ Conclusion ] Plumbum had no significant effects on seeds germination, but had Inhibitory Effect on the growth of seedlings, and the inhibition rate showed a gradually increasing tendency with increasing plumbum concentration.
