摘  要:[目的]对喜光花(Actephila merrilliana)果挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取喜光花果中的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。[结果]共分离出52个成分,鉴定出32种化合物,占挥发油总量的74.97%。其主要化学成分为2,2-二甲基丙酸辛酯(8.530%)、2-甲基丙酸-2-乙基己酯(6.855%)、4-甲基-2-庚酮(4.329%)和1-乙氧基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(4.011%)等。[结论]为进一步开发利用喜光花提供科学依据。[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze and identify the chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from the fruits of Actephila merrilliana. [ Method] The essential oil from the fruits of Actephila merrilliana was extracted by vapor distillation and the chemical constituents of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result] Fifty-two kinds of chemical constituents were separated, among which thirty-two compounds representing 74.97% of the total essential oil were characterized. The major chemical components were 2,2-dimethyl propanoic acid octyl ester (8. 530% ), 2-methyl-propanoic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester (6. 855 % ), 4-methyl-2-heptanone (4. 329% ) and 1 -ethoxy- 4-methyl-2-pentanone (4.011% ). [ Conclusion ] The study provided scientific basis for further exploration and utilization of Actephila merrillianan.
