摘 要:[目的]探索水蜡果实天然红色素的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]以水蜡果实为原料,通过色素提取条件的单因素试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间与液料比等因素对色素提取效果的影响,研究从水蜡果实中提取天然红色素的最佳工艺条件,探讨超声辅助对色素提取效果的影响。[结果]水蜡果实天然红色素的最大吸收波长为224nm;该色素的最佳提取工艺条件:以40%乙醇为提取液,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为1.5h,液料比为35∶1。天然红色素的提取率并不随着超声辅助提取时间的改变而有明显变化,说明超声辅助提取对色素提取率无明显影响。[结论]该研究为水蜡果实的综合利用提供新的途径及参考。[ Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimum the extraction technology conditions for red pigment from fruits of Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb. et Zucc. [ Method] With the fruit of L. obtusifolium as the raw material, the effects of ethanol concn. , extraction temperature, extraction time and the propbrtion of meterial to liquid on the extraction rate were investigated through single factor test on the extraction condition of red pigment. The optimum the technology condition for extracting the red pigment from fruits of L. obtusifolium was researched and the effect of ultrasonic assisted extraction on the pigment extraction effect was discussed. [ Result] The red pigment from L. obtusifolium had the maximum absorption wavelength at 224 nm. The red pigment could be extracted under the following optimal conditions: the fruits power soaking in 40% ethanol solution at 60 ℃ for 1.5 hours with the proportion of material to liquid being 1 : 35. The extraction rate of red pigment didn' t varied obviously with the change of ultrasonic assisted extraction time, indicating that there was no obvious effect of ultrasonic assisted extraction on extracting yield of red pigment. [ Conclusion] This study provided new way and method for conprehansive utilization of L. obtusifolium fruits.
