摘　　要：教师个体知识管理是在日常生活和教学实践中对其知识的获取、积累、共享、创新和评价进行的管理,对教师获得知识、储存知识、分享知识、应用知识等起重要作用。通过对全国电大进行抽样调查,分析从事远程教学的教师个体知识管理现状,提出目前存在的主要问题,并从学校和教师个体方面给出相应的解决策略,以提升教师的个体知识管理水平。Teachers' knowledge is highly individualized and implicit.The core of its management should be the accumulation,exchange and sharing of implicit knowledge.Meanwhile,the management of teachers' individualized knowledge can not successfully conducted without involving their concrete distance education tasks.Through a sampling investigation of nationwide TVUs,the present situations of distance education teachers' management of individualized knowledge is analyzed,major problems are determined,and countermeasures suggested from the perspectives of both schools and individual teachers.
