摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺粘液癌的靶靶X线表现特点以提高临床诊断率。方法:对2006年3月至2008年11月我院诊断的11例乳腺粘液癌患者的X线资料进行回顾分析,11例乳腺粘液癌患者均经术后病理证实。结果:11例乳腺粘液癌中单纯型粘液癌4例,其中中等密度肿块影3例,局限性密度增高1例;混合性粘液癌7例,均为高密度肿块影,其中毛刺样肿块4例,伴有簇样砂粒样钙化2例,侵犯乳头者1例,腋窝淋巴结转移1例。结论:单纯型乳腺粘液癌钼靶X线表现常表现为边缘光滑的肿块,而混合型具有一些典型的恶性征象。Objective： To study the mammography X-ray features of breast mucinous carcinoma. Methods ： From Mar. 2006 to Nov. 2008, the X-ray features of 11 eases of breast mueinous carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits： Among the 11 cases, 4 eases were simple mucinous carcinoma. There were 3 cases with medium density masses, one ease with locally high density mass. The other 7 cases with mixed mutinous carcinoma were all mass types, and there were 4 eases with spiculations ,2 eases with clustered sand-shaped calcification, one case with nipple invasion, one case with axillary lymph node metastasis. Conclusion： The breast mutinous carcinoma often presents as well defined mass lesion by mammography.
