泽泻汤不同配比对水负荷大鼠尿量及尿液水通道蛋白2影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过泽泻汤对大鼠尿量及尿液AQP2影响的研究,探讨该方不同配比剂量对药效的影响。方法将泽泻、白术分别设定为不同配比剂量,采用代谢笼法观察大鼠尿量并用ELISA法检测尿液AQP2浓度的变化。结果双克组及泽泻汤3∶1与2∶1配比组动物排尿潜伏期、5h总尿量的变化显著,尿液AQP2含量下降明显,与空白组比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泽泻、白术3∶1与2∶1配比组利尿与调节尿液AQP2含量效应优于其他组,与传统配伍比例接近。Objective To discuss the influence of Zexie decoction of different ratios on pharmacological action by investigating the effect of Zexie decoction on the urinary amount and urine AQP2 in rats. Methods We set Zexie and Baizhu in different ratios,and then used Metabolic Cage approach to observe rat urinary amount,and ELISA approach to detect the change of urine AQP2 concentration. Results For the animals in the hydrochlorothiazide group and the Zexie decoction group with the ratios of 3 ： 1 and 2 ： 1, there were obvious changes in the urine delitescence and 5h total urinary amount and an obvious drop of the urine AQP2 content,with a significant difference compared with normal group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zexie decoction group with the ratios of 3 ： 1 and 2 ： 1 has better diuretic effect and regulation of urine AQP2 content than other groups, but similar to the traditional compatibility.
