两种方法治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价大蒜与Gluma治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法将23例42颗患牙分为两组,分别用大蒜断面和Gluma涂抹患处进行治疗,对治疗后即刻及1个月后的结果进行对照。结果两组的即刻临床效果有显著差异(P<0.05),而1个月后的临床效果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论两种方法治疗牙本质过敏症均有一定效果。Gluma治疗牙本质过敏症的短期疗效优于大蒜,长期疗效与大蒜差别不大。Objective Evaluation of garlic and gluma treatment of dentin hypersensitivity effect. Methods 23 cases of illness 42 teeth were divided into two groups, respectively, with garlic-section and smear Gluma lesion treatment,immediately after treatment and one month after the results were compared. Results Immediate clinical effects of the two groups have significant differences（P〈0.05）,and after one month no significant difference in clinical result（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Two methods are the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity effective. Gluma treatment of hypersensitive dentine with garlic is superior to short-term efficacy, long-term efficacy and garlic is not very different from.
