摘  要:目的探讨白首乌(耳叶牛皮消Cynanchum auriculatumRoyle ex Wight)多糖对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法从白首乌(耳叶牛皮消)中提取粗多糖,将84只健康小鼠动物随机分组,随机分为模型组、生理盐水对照组、阳性对照组和3个实验对照组。实验组每组14只按低剂量组(100 mg.kg-1.d-1)、中剂量组(250 mg.kg-1.d-1)、高剂量组(500 mg.kg-1.d-1)连续灌胃多糖8 d,对照组按等量生理盐水灌胃。通过摘眼球取血测量谷丙转氨酶(AST)、谷草转氨酶(ALT)含量。结果白首乌多糖肝损伤防治组小鼠血清ALT及AST活性比模型组显著降低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论白首乌多糖对酒精所致小鼠急性肝损伤模型具有显著的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of polysaccharide from Bai-shou-wu(Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight) on alcohol-induced liver injury.Methods In this experiment,rough polysaccharide from Bai Shou Wu was extracted and 84 mice were randomly divided into normal control groups,model control group,positive control group and three experiment groups.Each experiment group had 14 mice and were fed polysaccharide for 8 days by gavage with respectively high-dosage of 100 mg/( kg · d), middle -dosage of 250 mg/( kg · d) and low- dosage of 500 mg/( kg · d), while the control groups were given the same volume of physiological saline. The concentration of the serum GPT/ALT and GOT/AST were measured by extracting the eyeball blood. Results The activity of the serum GPT/ALT and GOT/AST in the experiment group decreased more significantly than that in model control group, and the differences were statically significant. Conclusion Polysaccharide from Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight has significant protective effect on ethanol - induced liver iniury in mice.
