摘  要:利用模塑成型方法,在聚氨酯泡沫塑料中引入天然高分子淀粉,制备不同淀粉填充量的外观和力学性能良好的聚氨酯泡沫塑料,最大填充量达23.3%,并研究填料用量对聚氨酯泡沫塑料力学性能的影响。研究表明:填料的加入使泡沫压缩性能有一定提高,而冲击性能大幅度下降;土壤掩埋实验表明:填料含量越大,降解时间越长,样品的降解性越好,最大填充量试样降解120d后失重率可达16.09%。Different contents of natural polymer starch were filled in polyurethane foam through molding process. These synthesized polyurethane foams had good appearance and mechanical properties,the largest content of filler reached 23.3 %. Effects of the content of filler on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams were studied. It was found that the compressive property of foams increased at certain contents of filler, but the impact property sharply decreased with addition of starch filler. The degradability of polyurethane foams was tested with outdoor soil burial and the results showed that the higher content of filler and the longer degradation time, the better degradability of samples was. With the largest filling content, the weight loss of foam sample degraded,reached 16.09 % after 120 days.
