摘 要:制备新型的单分子磷-氮类膨胀型阻燃剂(TPA),采用微胶囊化红磷(MRP)与TPA复配阻燃剂,制备具有良好阻燃性能的无卤阻燃ABS。研究组分质量比和总用量对ABS阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:MRP/TPA质量比为1∶1时,阻燃复配效果最好;总用量为20%时,材料的氧指数达24%,垂直燃烧达V-0级。TGA结果表明:MRP/TPA的复配可以延缓ABS的分解并提高成炭率;由FTIR谱图看出,MRP/TPA复配后,残留物形成了更多交联结构。Novel intumescent flame retardant (TPA) was prepared, and halogen-free retardant ABS composites were prepared by microencapsulated red phosphorus(MRP) and TPA as flame retardants. The effects of mass ratio and content of MRP/PEPA on flame retardancy of ABS were studied. It was found that MRP/TPA had excellent synergistic effects on the flame retardant ABS when the mass ratio of MRP/TPA was 1 : 1 when the total content was 20 %. LOI value of flame retardant ABS was 24 % and the grade of vertical combustion performance ranked V-0. TGA results showed that MRP and TPA could delay the thermal degradation of ABS and increase char rate. FTIR showed that the more connected structures were formed when MRP/TPA were added.
