摘　　要：通过对古今《周易》的对比研究,考察了民间易学的占卜方法("八宫卦说"、"世应说"、"纳甲说"、"安神说");民间易学的渊源(汉代的象数之学);民间易学的功用(失去了儒家经学的教化作用,完全成为卜筮的工具);民间易学的现状(今天将面临失传)。This paper presents the comparison of ancient and modem Zhou Yi , studies on the divination method of the popular learning of changes （ ＂the theory of eight uterine＂, ＂the theory of Shiying＂ , ＂tranquilization the ory＂, the origin of popular learning of changes （ the theory of image number）, the function of popular learning of changes （lost the educational function of Confusion classic leanings ） , and the current status of popular learning of changes （ being lost in modern time ）.
