摘　　要：成釉细胞瘤主要发生于上、下颌骨,以下颌骨多见,发生在颌骨以外软组织的成釉细胞瘤非常少见。作者报告1例下颌牙龈外周型成釉细胞瘤,结合文献复习,对其治疗进行总结,为临床诊治提供参考。The ameloblastoma mainly occurs in the mandible, rarely seen in the soft tissues. This paper reported 1 case of mandibular gingival peripheral ameloblastoma, and discussed its treatment based on literature review.
