摘  要:目的:探讨口腔黏膜癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1a(hypoxia-inducible factor1alpha,HIF-1a)及血管生成因子VEGF的表达及其与微血管密度(microvessel densitity,MVD)、临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP法)检测30例口腔黏膜癌组织中的HIF-1a、VEGF和CD34的表达。结果:HIF-1a、VEGF的表达与肿瘤MVD的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),HIF-1a、VEGF表达与肿瘤组织学分化程度呈负相关;与淋巴结转移成正相关;与肿瘤的浸润深度无关。结论:口腔黏膜癌中HIF-1a、VEGF的异常高表达与MVD呈正相关,且两者可视为影响口腔黏膜癌预后的因素。Objective : To explore the expression of HIF - 1 a ( hypoxia - inducible factor 1 alpha) and VEGF ( vascular endothelial growth factor) in oral mucosa carcinoma tissue and its correlation with MVD (microvessel density) and clinical pathological factors. Methods: We adopted immunohistochemistry streptomycin avidin peroxidase (sp method) to detect the expression of HIF - 1 a, VEGF and CD34 in 30 cases of oral mucosa carcinoma tissue. Results: The expression of HIF -1a and VEGF had positive correlation with the expression of MVD in tumor tissue( P 〈 0.05 ), and negative correlation with the differentiation degree of tumor tissue. It had positive correlation with lymph node metastasis, but no correlation with invasive depth. Conclusion: The abnormal high expression of HIF - 1 a and VEGF has positive correlation with MVD, and both of them could be considered as the factors which influence the prognosis of oral mucosa carcinoma.
