摘　　要：目的:研究结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例结肠癌及切缘正常组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9的表达并分析二者与结肠癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果:结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6、MMP-9阳性率明显高于切缘结肠组织(P<0.01),且与结肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9表达呈正相关(r=0.892,P<0.01)。结论:检测整合素ανβ6与MMP-9在结肠癌组织中表达情况,可作为结肠癌预后评估指标之一;针对二者进行相关靶向研究可能为治疗结肠癌提供新途径。Objective： To investigate the expressions of integrin αυβ36 and matrix metalloproteinases （MMP-9）in colonic carcinoma tissue and their clinical significance. Methods： Using SP method, the expressions of integrin αυβ36 and MMP-9 in 80 cases of colonic carcinoma and their normal tissues from resection margin tissue were detected. The relationships between the expressions of integrin αυβ36 and MMP-9 and the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Re. suits： The positive expression intensity of integrin αυβ36 and MMP-9 in colonic carcinoma was re- markably stronger than that in normal tissues （P〈0.01）. Correlation analysis revealed that the ex- pression of integrin αυβ36 and MMP-9 were associated with the progress of the tumor pathological differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph nodes status （P〈0.05）. Moreover, there was a positive relationship between the expressions of αυβ36 and MMP-9 （r=0.892, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The expressions of integrin αυβ36 and MMP-9 may reflect its value as a prognostic marker and is significant for early stage colonic tumour. Targetting either integrin αυβ36 or MMP-9 activity may offer a useful therapeutic approach in preventing the growth and spread of colonic carcinoma.
