摘  要:目的:探讨经回肠-门静脉置入埋植式给药装置(IDDS)化疗肝肿瘤的新方法。方法:157例肝肿瘤患者中行回肠-门静脉置入IDDS术134例,导管头端置于门静脉主干及以上部位;行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合回肠-门静脉置入IDDS术者23例。另取行TACE者44例作为对照组。结果:经回肠-门静脉置入IDDS化疗患者全部插管成功,平均操作时间为20min,而TACE平均操作时间为45min。置入IDDS并发症较少且易于处理,较TACE有明显的优越性。结论:经回肠-门静脉置入IDDS化疗较TACE血管堵塞等并发症明显减少,是一种新的、有效的肝肿瘤化疗方法。Objective:To investigate a new method of chemotherapy for hepatoma by implanting implantable drug delivery system (IDDS) through ileum-portal vein. Methods: A total of 157 patients of hepatoma were applied to implant drug delivery system through ileum-portal vein, and the head portion of catheter was set to main portal vein. Among them, 23 cases underwent transcather arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with IDDS through ileum-portal vein.Forty-four patients underwent hepatic artery catheterization between Jul, 1999 and Jul, 2003 were assigned as control. Reslts: All the operation of IDDS through ileum-portal vein were successful, average running time was 20 minutes, there were fewer complications and were easily treated. Compared with hepatic artery catheterization, it had conspicuous advantages, Conclsuion: It is a new effective chemotherapy method for hepatoma by ntroducing DDS through i eum-porta vein. It can significantly decrease the clotting of vessel and other complications.
