KAI1/CD_(82)与E-cadherin在结直肠癌的表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌KAI1/CD82与E-cadherin的表达与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测105例结直肠癌中KAI1/CD82与E-cadherin的表达。结果:74例中5年生存率为48.6%。生存5年以上的KAI1/CD82的阳性表达率(86.11%),明显高于生存5年以下者(57.89%)(P<0.01);而E-cadherin生存5年以上者的阳性表达率(63.89%)亦明显高于生存5年以下者(31.58%)(P<0.01%)。结论:联合检测KAI1/CD82与E-cadherin的表达对临床判断结直肠癌的预后有重要价值。Objective：To explore the expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin and relationship with the prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.Methods：The streptavidin-peroxidese immunohistochemistry was taken in 74 cases of colorectal cancer.Results：The 5 year surviral rate of 74 cases of colorecatal cacinoma was 48.6%.The positive expression rate of KAI1/CD82 in the patients who survived more than 5 years（86.11%） was higher than that in the patients who survived less than 5 years（57.89%）（P〈0.01）.The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in the patients who survived more than 5 years（63.89%） was higher than that in the patients who survived less than 5 years（31.58%） （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Detecting the expression of KAI1/CD82 and E-cadherin probably possesse clinical important significance in prognosis.
