摘 要:目的:对照研究Fascin在侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达差异,探讨Fascin的表达与垂体瘤侵袭性的关系。方法:应用Envision二步免疫组化方法,通过测定各样本平均光密度值和积分光密度值,比较侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤、不同病理类型、不同体积肿瘤中Fascin的表达差异。结果:Fascin在侵袭性垂体腺瘤的表达明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤,其表达水平与垂体腺瘤的侵袭性正相关,巨大型肿瘤的表达明显高于小型肿瘤,不同病理类型之间无显著差异。结论:Fascin的表达与垂体腺瘤的侵袭生长有关,与垂体瘤大小有关,与病理类型无关。Objective: To compare the different expression of Fasein in non-invasive pituitary adenoma and invasive pituitary adenoma,to uncovere whether the expression of Fascin make a role in invasion of pituitary adenoma. Methods: The expression of Fascin in 17 invasive pituitary adenoma and 24 non- invasive pituitary was detected by the method of envision immunohistochemistry, and the density mean and IOD sum were measured. Results: Overexpres sion of Fascin were detected in invasive pituitary adenomas while lower expression presented in noninvasive pituitary adenomas. The expression levels of Fasein considerably correlated with development of the invasive pituitary adenomas. Conclusion: The expression of Fascin may have positive correlation with invasion and of pituitary adenomas, and may have indicative value to their prognosis.
