摘　　要：自我道德需要是主体基于道德良知、道德价值的吸引以及对社会道德规范的强烈认同而产生的成为一个有道德的人的热切渴望。自我道德需要的产生是社会道德需要实现的前提,是主体道德学习、道德修养与道德行为动机的心理基础,也是主体道德发展的内在动力。激发主体的自我道德需要不仅要确立个人主体地位,充分发挥个人的主体性作用,而且要制定适宜目标,深入道德实践,使主体面对真实的道德冲突。Self moral need is a principal based on the moral conscience and moral values of attracting and strong social ethic agree resulting to become a moral man eager longing. The self-morals need the production is the premise which the social morals need to realize, is the dominant moral system study, the moral training and the moral behavior motive, is also the dominant moral system development intrinsic power. The stimulation main body＇s self-morals need not only to establish individual main body status, plays individual independent role fully, moreover must formulate the suitable goal, the thorough moral practice, causes the main body facing the real moral conflict.
