摘 要:针对千枚岩采场围岩严重片帮问题,建立相似材料模型,对千枚岩采场稳定性进行模拟。模拟试验结果表明,预留原生点柱可以有效降低采场中部拉应力。回采过程中,在距底柱16m和28m处保留原生点柱对采场围岩进行支护,在很大程度上改善了地压作用对采矿作业造成的危害。研究表明矿柱断面为4m×4m是合理的,预留矿柱的矿量远远小于因上采高度增加而多回采的矿量,且大大提高了矿石的回采率。该模拟结果在实际应用中已经取得了良好的效果。The surrounding rock of stope in phyllite ground spalled seriously at some mine, so a similar material model were set up to simulate the stability of stope. The simulated results indicated that reserved ore pillars can disperse the tension stress in the middle of the stope. During the course of stoping reserved ore pillars up to 16 m and 28 m from the floor can reduce the danger caused by ground pressure to mining operations. The 4 m × 4 m section of reserved ore pillar is enough and the recovery ratio of ore is enhanced because the quantity of reserved ore pillars is much smaller than quantity of ore mined for increased mining height. The results of the research have made good effect in practice.
