摘　　要：轨道提升斜巷是矿井开采不可缺少的运输通道。斜巷运输过程中,由于超载提升、操作不当、产品质量等原因,常有跑车事故发生。因此,安装灵敏可靠的斜巷跑车防护装置,跑车时可将损失降低到最小程度。研究设计的新型智能自动刹车器具有结构简单、运行安全可靠、分辩制动性能强、使用灵活方便的特点,对于保障斜巷提升运输安全具有重要的现实意义。Inclined track lifting roadway is indispensable to mine transport. During inclined roadway transportation, tramear derailing accident due to overloading lifting, improper operation, quality of tramcar and so on frequently occurres. If a sensitive and reliable derailing protect device is installed for inclined roadway transportation, the loss caused by tramcar derailing accidents can be reduced to the minimum extent. A new type of intelligent automatic brake has been developed and designed, it is simple in structure, safe and reliable in operation, strong in resolving braking performance and flexible in use, is of important practical significance to the safety guarantee of inclined roadway transportation.
