摘　　要：目的研究各种不同类型脑囊虫病的最佳个体化治疗方案。方法回顾性分析作者医院2002-012008 12收治的脑囊虫病确诊病例共42例,其中脑实质型32例、脑室型8例、蛛网膜下型2例。根据脑囊虫病分型选择驱虫、脱水、糖皮质激素抗炎、手术切除囊虫或脑室引流等不同的治疗方法,观察疗效并探讨各种类型脑囊虫病的最佳治疗方案。结果所有患者均取得较好疗效。治疗过程中曾出现颅高压或颅高压加重11例,经过将脱水药加量或改变治疗方案后其症状均获缓解。结论对脑囊虫病必须根据患者的具体情况采取不同的个体化治疗方法。Objective To research the most effective therapy for different types of neurocysticercosis. Methods A retrospective study on the patients with neurocysticercosis was performed in those who were hospitalized to our department from 2002-01- 2008-12. Totally there were 42 individuals included. 32 of them were parenchymal neurocysticercosis, 8 of them were cerebroventricular cysts, 2 of them were subarachnoid neurocysticercosis. Neurocysticercosis cases were given different treatment according to its type. The therapy includes a combination of symptomatic and antiparasitic measures, including cysticidal drugs, dehydration, corticosteroids,surgical resection of lesions, and placement of ventricular shunts. We analysed the best therapy method by observing therapeutic effect of these patients with different types of neurocysticercosis. Results Intracranial hypertension appeared or became heavier to 11 patients during treatment. After dehydration of larger dose or changes in treatment, all the patients＇ symptoms were relieved. And all patients obtained good results. Conclusions Treatment should be tailored according to the type of neuroeysticercosis.
