试论新时期我国教育改革

摘  要:新时期我国教育改革取得的成就主要表现在:义务教育进入新阶段;职业教育发展和改革取得新突破;高等教育人才培养质量不断提高;实施素质教育取得新进展等等。教育改革虽然取得举世瞩目的成就,但在前进的道路上面临的困难和问题仍然较为突出,教育事业的发展存在着许多突出的矛盾,必须进一步深化教育体制改革。要坚持俦发展教育;对教育教育结构进一步优化,保证教育质量稳步提高;全面推进素质教育,实施创新教育;提高师资水平;把教育公平摆在突出位置,办好人民满意的教育;促进教育管理体制不断完善;推进健全对外开放机制,形成有中国气派和中国特色的教育体系。In the new period, China's reform achievements mainly show in:compulsory education enters into a new stage; vocational education development and reform achieve new breakthroughs; the quality of personnel training of higher education is continuously improved; new progress in the implementation of quality education are made and so on. Despite remarkable achievements in reform have been made, but on the progress road the difficulties and problems are still more prominent, there are many outstanding contradictions about education development, we must further deepen the education system. We should adhere to thou development education, further optimize the structure of education to ensure the steady improvement of the quality of education; promote quality education in full, implement innovative education; improve teacher level; put education equity in a promi- nent position, to run people's satisfaction of education; promote educational administration system to be continuously improved ; promote good opening mechanism, form the education system with Chinese style and Chinese characteristics.
