摘　　要：引进现代数学中的随机变量、概率测度、Borel域等概念,分析了农业风险等问题,并给出了低风险行为的几个新范例。The concepts in modern mathematics were introduced, such as random variable, probability measure, Borel field and so on. The agriculture risk and other problems were analyzed, and several new examples for deed with low risk were given out.
