摘  要:[目的]为完善牡丹切花保鲜技术提供参考。[方法]用不同浓度CaCl2和GA3复配液对花蕾期的牡丹植株进行采前处理,研究不同处理对牡丹切花瓶插寿命的影响。[结果]不同处理切花花瓣蛋白质及花青素含量、细胞膜相对透性、花朵直径、花枝叶片叶绿素含量等均存在一定差异,总体来看,60mg/LGA3+5000mg/LCaCl2处理效果最好,处理1~5d花瓣花青素含量分别为0.020、0.287、0.623、0.842、1.447A(吸光度),花瓣组织相对电导率分别为27.8%、27.6%、27.4%、31.6%、35.4%,花枝叶片叶绿素含量分别为2.455、2.585、2.774、3.097、3.136mg/g,花朵直径分别为5.0、10.1、13.4、15.4、14.8cm,花瓣蛋白质含量分别为4.894、5.082、5.179、5.607、5.308mg/g。[结论]60mg/LGA+5000mg/LCaCl采前处理可延长牡丹切花的瓶插寿命。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide the reference for perfecting cut flower preservation technology of Paeonia suffruticose. [ Method] The P. suffruticose plants were treated before harvest by composite liquid of CaC12 and GA3 with different concn, at bud stage, and the effects of different treatments on vase life of cut-flowers were studied. [ Result] The contents of protein and anthoeyanin in petals and the relative permeability of their cell membrane, flower diameter and chlorophyll content in leaves of cut-flowers of P. suffruticose in different treatments were all different in some degree. As a whole, the effect of the treatment with 60 mg/L GA3 + 5 000 mg/L CaCl2 was the best, and the anthoeyanin content of petals in 1 - 5 days of the treatment were 0. 020, 0. 287,0. 623,0. 842, 1. 447 A(absorbanee) resp. with relative permeability of 27.8% , 27.6% , 27.4% , 31.6%, 35.4% resp. the chlorophyll content in leaves were 2. 455, 2. 585, 2. 774, 3. 097, 3. 136 mg/g resp. with flower diameter of 5.0, 10.1, 13.4, 15.4, 14.8 cm resp. ,and the protein content in petal were 4. 894, 5.082, 5. 179, 5. 607, 5. 308 mg/g resp.. [ Conclusion] Preharvest treatment with 60 mg/L GA3 + 5 000 mg/L CaCl2 could prolong vase life of cut-flowers of P. suffruticose.
