摘　　要：教育收益率是考察教育与收入分配关系的主要研究方法。本文基于课题组实地调研的数据和资料,在对西北四省区农村教育发展进行总体认识的基础上,利用广泛应用的明瑟模型,对不同类型的农村劳动力和不同教育级别的农村劳动力的教育收益率作了实证分析,并对实证结果进行了分析和讨论。The rate of return to education is the main research methods which be used to study the relationship between education and income distribution. Based on field research team of the data and information, after understanding the overall development of rural education of the four provinces in the north-west areas, this article use the Mincer model which was widely used, to make empirical analysis on the rate of return to education of different types of rural labor force and different educational level of rural labor force, Then analyzed discussed the empirical results.
