论涂尔干的职业伦理观及其当代启示

摘　　要：涂尔干是19世纪末法国著名的社会学家和教育学家。他生活的那个时代道德滑坡、社会失范。为了重构社会秩序、实现社会新的整合,他提出了自己的职业伦理观,阐释了职业群体的社会整合功能,将社会的和谐寄希望于职业伦理的建设。他的职业伦理观对我国当代职业伦理的建设具有重要的启示作用,对解决我国当前社会面临的一些道德失范现象具有一定的积极意义。Durkheim is a well-known 19th century French sociologist and educator. The era of his life was of moral decline and social anomie. In order to reconstruct the social order and achieve a new social integration, he created his theory of professional ethics to explain the occupational groups of social integration and social harmony, and laid his hopes in the construction of professional ethics. His theory of professional ethics can be borrowed for reference to China＇s present construction of harmonious society. It is inspiring for us to deal with some of the problems we are facing like moral decline and social disintegration.
