摘  要:目的:以大鼠为实验对象,探讨知柏地黄丸抗运动性疲劳的作用.方法:建立力竭游泳训练模型,测定骨骼肌中总抗氧化能力(TAC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及力竭游泳时间.结果:运动力竭组大鼠骨骼肌的TAC值较安静组大鼠显著性降低(P<0.05),MDA含量较安静组大鼠显著性升高(P<0.01).知柏地黄丸组的大鼠骨骼肌TAC值显著高于运动力竭组,MDA含量显著低于运动力竭组(P<0.05),游泳时间明显延长(P<0.05).结论:知柏地黄丸能够增强大鼠骨骼肌抗氧化能力,可延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的发生.Aim: Take the rat as experimental subject, to discuss the zhibai Dihuang Wan's influences of dissipating exercise-induced fatigue. Method: Building a exhaustive training swimming model, test the ,content of ATC and MDA in skeletal muscle of rat and time of exhaustive training swimming. Result: Rats in the exhaustive training swimming group have much less TAC (P 〈 0.05) and much more MDA (P 〉 0.01 ) in Rat' s skeletal muscle than the repose group. Rats in the Zhibai Dihuang Wan group have much more TAC and much less MDA (P 〈 0. 05) in Rat' s skeletal muscle than the exhaustive training swimming group, and swimming time was obviously prolonged. Conclusion: Zhibai Dihuang Wan can increase anti-oxidation ability of the rat' s skeletal muscle, decrease probability of rat' s exercise-induced fatigue happening.
