摘  要:利用玉米淀粉、环氧氯丙烷和研磨碳酸钙制备了一种复合填料,对复合填料的微观形貌、白度、溶解性和溶胀度与碳酸钙进行了对比,并进行了应用试验。结果发现,与GCC相比,复合填料随着淀粉含量的增加,溶胀度增大,溶解度降低,白度略有下降;复合填料对纸张有明显增强作用,在加填比例为30%时,纸张抗张强度提高87%,耐破度提高83%,但纸张光学性能略有降低。A kind of composite filler was prepared by using starch, epichlorohydrin and ground calcium carbonate. The appearance of morphology, brightness, solubility and the swelling property of the composite filler were compared with calcium carbonate. The applying experiment was carried out. The results show that with increasing of the amount of starch in the composite filler, its swelling property is slightly improved, and its solubility is reduced, the brightness is slightly decreased compared with GCC. The composite filler has obvious strengthening performance, with tensile strength improved up to more than 87%, burst strength improved up to more than 83% at 30% of filling, but the optical properties of paper can be slightly lowered.
