明清地方儒学教师考核制度论略

摘　　要：明清时期对地方儒学教师的考核是明清教育管理体制中的重要组成部分,它对于维持地方儒学基本的教学水平、保证正常的教育教学秩序起到了一定的积极作用。本文从明清地方儒学教师的考选及试用、在职考核、俸满考核、大计考核等方面对这一问题进行了探讨,分析了明清地方儒学教师考核制度的特征。Assessment for local Confucian teachers is an important constituent in the educational administration system in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which played a positive role in maintaining basic teaching level, guaranteeing normal education and teaching orders. This paper, based on the discussion of the assessments for pre-service, probation, in-service teachers, and also for expiration and local officials, analyzed the characteristics of assessment system for local Confucian teachers in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
