摘　　要：人格的稳定性与可变性一直是一个富有争议的主题。进化人格心理学从人类的整个进化史来考察人格的发展,强调人格稳定性和可变性的终极和根本原因,认为人格中稳定的特征存在于过去反复解决的适应性问题上,而可变的特征则是由于人类适应性问题的多样性与解决问题的灵活性,这为我们更深入地理解这两个概念的内在关系、整合相关理论观点提供了新的途径。The stability and plasticity of personality has been a great debate for a long time. In recent years, with the development of evolutionary psychology, there is a new research orientation in personality psychology--Evolutionary Personality Psychology （EPP）. EPP makes uses of evolutionary theory to explore and study deeply such issues as the human nature and the development of the personality. The paper based on the theory of evolutionary personality psychology discusses the individual, environment and interaction of stability and plasticity of personality development and evaluate the evolutionary perspectives on personality development.
