摘　　要：文章在阐述我国民营企业集群内部分工现状的基础上,对我国民营企业集群内部分工模式进行了归纳分类,并对集群内部分工程度开展了相应的理论模型分析,提出有关政策建议。On the basis of analyzing the internal labour division of Chinese private-owned enterprises clusters, this paper categories the models of division of labor within private-owned enterprises cluster. Furthermore, it uses a theoretical model to analyze the level of internal division and puts forward some policy recommendations.
