p53基因多态与仁术健胃颗粒疗效的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌癌前变化患者p53基因多态与中药仁术健胃颗粒疗效的相关性。方法:采取血液标本检测人体p53基因的测序方法,观察了p53第6、7、8外显子内的第62位、72位和92位内含子多态性改变的胃癌癌前变化气虚血瘀热郁患者66例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予中药仁术健胃颗粒与胃复春片口服,治疗6个月。结果:胃癌癌前变化患者有p53基因多态者疗效优于无p53基因多态患者,尤其是仁术健胃颗粒组有p53基因多态者治疗6个月后疗效明显优于对照组。结论:人体p53基因多态与仁术健胃颗粒的疗效关系密切。Objective： To explore the relativity between Tp53 genetic polymorphism and the efficacy of Renshujianwei granule for precancerous changes of stomach carcinoma . Methods： Blood samples were collected from 66 patients who had the syndromes of Qi deficiency, blood stasis and heat accumulation, and these samples were analyzed through anthropometric p53 gene sequencing for Tp53 the 62, 72 and 92 intron within the 6-7-8 exorL These 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were suggested to take Renshujianwei granule and patients in the control group to take Weifuchun tablets for six months, respectively. Results： MediCines had better effecta on patients who had Tp53 genetic polymorphism than those who had not Tp53 genetic polymorphisra. The efficacy of Renshujianwei granule taken by people for six months who had Tp53 genetic polymorphism was better than Weifuchun tablet taken by people in the control group. Conclusions： There is a close relationship between Tp53 genetic polymorphism and the efficacy of Chinese medicine Renshujianwei granule.
