卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声显像特征

摘　　要：目的：探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声表现特征。方法：分析110例卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声显像特点，将其分为4种类型：①单纯囊肿型；②均气点状回声型；③混合回声型；④实体回声型。与手术病理相对照，并与盆腔其他包块相鉴别。结果：超声诊断总符合率为65．4％，其中均匀点状回声型为93．3％，与其余3型对比差异有高度显著性（P＜0．01）。结论：超声诊断卵巢巧克力囊肿有一定价值，均匀点状型为卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声特征性图象。Objective:To discuss the valus of ultrasongraphic of chocolate cyst of the ovary. Methods: 110 cases of chocolate cyst of the ovary were assessed by ultrasonography.The chocolate cyst of ovary may be divided into 4 types:①simple-like cyst,②smaller and homogenous echotype,③complex echotype, and ④solid echotype. They were incombination with the postoperative pathology.The essential points for differential diagnosis of chocolate cysts from the other mass in the pelvisi were discussed.Results:The accordanec of diagnosis was 65.4%, and 93 .3% for the smaller and homogenous echotype comparing with the other three types.the difference was greatly significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:The data suggested that the smaller and homogenous echotype was ultrasonographic charateriaies of the chocolate cyst of the ovary.
