摘　　要：目的研究血管内皮生长因子受体(VEGFR)-3信号途径相关蛋白C、D(VEGF-C、VEGF-D)在胃癌中的表达并探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法80例胃癌手术病例分为淋巴结阳性组(n=48)和淋巴结阴性组(n=32),另设胃溃疡病例为对照组(n=10)。采用ELISA技术进行血清VEGF-C和VEGF-D水平检测,然后应用免疫组织化学EnV ision TM两步法检测胃溃疡组织和胃癌标本VEGF-C、VEGF-D表达。结果胃癌患者血清VEGF-C和VEGF-D水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),胃癌患者血清VEGF-C水平与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05),伴淋巴结转移的胃癌组织VEGF-C阳性表达率较无淋巴结转移者更高(P<0.01)。结论血清VEGF-C可作为胃癌的标记物,对术前判定淋巴结转移具有一定的临床价值。Objective To clarify expression of VEGFR-3 signal transduction correlation protein （VEGF-C, VEGF-D） and their relationship with lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Methods Eighty patients with gastric cancer were divided into positive lymph node metastasis group （n = 48） and negative group （n = 32）. Ten specimens of gastric ulcer were used as control group. ELISA was used to clarify the expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D level in serum and EnVision immunohistochemistry was used in tissues. Results VEGF-C and VEGF-D level were significantly higher in positive lymph node metastasis group and negative group than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. VEGF-C level was correlated with lymph node metastasis. The VEGF-C and VEGF-D expression rates in cancer tissue were 52.5% and 62.5% respectively, which were both higher than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The expression rate of VEGF-C in positive lymph node metastasis group was higher than that of negative group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The serum level of VEGF-C might be a potential useful biologic marker in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. VEGF-C is closely correlated with the lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
