中药喷雾干燥技术的分析与研究进展

摘　　要：简要介绍了喷雾干燥研究状况,对喷雾雾化、液滴碰撞、湍流扩散、蒸发模型以及喷雾干燥工艺优化方面的研究作了回顾,同时对基于工程热物理理论的中药喷雾干燥技术作了阐述,指出了运用工程热物理的方法研究中药喷雾干燥技术的可行性和迫切性,为开展中药喷雾干燥技术的研究指明了方向。This paper introduced the research progress of spray-drying. The research in atomization, droplet collision, turbulent dispersion, evaporation model and optimization of spray drying technology was reviewed. Moreover, the spray-drying technology for Chinese traditional medicine based on the engineering thermophysics theory was discussed. And the feasibility and the urgency of researching the technology of spray-drying Chinese traditional medicine by engineering thermophysics method was presented, to pointed the research directions of spray-drying traditional Chinese medicine.
