摘　　要：如何通过区域经济发展中的政府协调与合作来促进区域经济的协调发展,已经成为关系国家经济发展战略的重大问题。中部地区在我国区域整体格局中具有独特的战略地位,发展中部地区经济,是全面实现小康社会的必然选择。因此,实现中部地区协调发展,必须构建区域协调发展法律机制;确立协调原则,建立协调机构,完善运行机理。How to bring about a harmonious development in regional economy by government＇s coordination and cooperation,has become the important issue concerned the national development strategy.The middle region has anunique strategic position in the whole pattern of our country.Development of the middle region is the inevitable choice to realize the well - off society.To realize harmo- nious development of the middle region, we must construct legal mechanism of regional harmoniously development.For this reason, we should establish the coordinating principle,set up the coordinating organization,and improve the operating mechanism.
