巩膜瓣下羊膜植入对穿透性小梁切除术预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察羊膜在抗青光眼小梁切除术中巩膜瓣下植入的临床效果及并发症。方法为60例患者66眼行抗青光眼小梁切除术,术中在巩膜瓣下放置羊膜,观察术后前房形成情况、眼压、滤枕形态、视野和视力。随访12～26个月,平均随访13个月。结果术后与术前眼压、视野及视力对比,均有改善,有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效滤枕比例为80.3%。未出现不良反应。结论 60例66眼抗青光眼滤过手术远期成功率明显提高,术后无严重并发症。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of amniotic membran for surgery of ant - glaucoma. Methods Trabeeulectomy was performed for 60 cases, and amniotic membran was used in all the cases and the curative effect was observed. Results Using the amniotic membran could improve the successful rate of Trabeculectomy and reduce the complications of trabeculectomy. The success rates was 80.3 %, respectively, without any special side effect. Conclusion Amniotic membrane implantation in trabeculectomy may play some roles in anti - fibrosis of filtering pathway after surgery and seems a simple, safe and effective procedure of anti - glaucoma operations.
