喉癌旁组织DNA倍体及CD44检测结果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨喉癌旁组织DNA倍体及CD44检测的预后意义。方法应用流式细胞免疫学方法 ,笔者对57例喉癌旁组织进行DNA及CD44含量分析,并做了90个月的术后临床随访。结果喉癌旁组织DNA异倍体检出率为59.5%,异倍体中CD44平均含量为(26.8±12.1)。二倍体组织中CD44含量为(7.9±4.8),癌旁异倍体患者的5年生存率和生存期均明显低于二倍体患者[分别为32.0%、(32.1±13.6)个月和82.4%、(65.8±21.7)个月,P<0.01],异倍体者生存线也明显低于二倍体者,CD44含量高的异倍体患者术后复发率及转移率均高。结论癌旁组织DNA倍体变化及CD44含量可作为直接判断喉癌术后预后的生物学指标。Objective To study the prognosis significance of DNA ploidy and CD44 of laryngeal tissues. Methods Content of DNA and CD44 of 57 cases of laryngeal tissues were determined by FCM and IH method. Then 90 months follow up were carried out. Results The rate of DNA heteroploid of laryngeal tissues was 59.5. Among all DNA heteroploid, content of CD44 was （ 26.8 ±12. 1 ） and content of CD44 in double ploid was （ 7.9± 4. 8 ）. 5 - year - living rate and life expectancy of patients with DNA heteroploid of laryngeal tissues was lower than that of double ploid [32.0, （ 32. 1± 13.6） months and 82.4, （65.8±21.7） months. P 〈0. 01 ] and the same to living curve. The more CD44 in DNA heteroploid, the more reincurrance and metastasis would be. Conclusion DNA ploidy and content of CD44 of laryngeal tissues maybe important prognosis markers after surgery.
