摘　　要：目的观察双层巩膜帽式覆盖羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台眶内植入术的临床效果。方法36例(36只眼)眼内容剜除及眼球摘除术后患者采取将HA义眼台植入后部肌圆锥,义眼台前行双层巩膜呈帽式覆盖。结果随访3～36个月(平均15个月),义眼台无暴露、感染及滑脱,外观饱满,义眼跟随运动好。结论该手术操作简便易行,创伤小,并发症少。Objective Obervation double scleral cap-style coverage of hydraxyapatite orbital implantation intraorbital the clinicale effects of. Methods 36 cases of eyes and enucleation after the contents of excavated, will take the hydroxyapafite orbital implants posterior muscle cone, eye sclerainto a double-decker front line cap style coverage. Results 3 - 36months follow-up （ average 15 months ）, or bital-free exposure, infecyion and spondylolisthesis. The appearance of fuller eye to follow a good exercise. Conclusion Operation is user-friendly and less trauma and fewer complications.
