摘　　要：目的探讨医院集中治疗学龄前儿童弱视的疗效。方法从2006～2007年在我院进行集中弱视训练1个月的患儿资料中,选取4～6岁屈光不正性弱视患儿117例,211眼,进行回顾性分析。本组资料病例均经过屈光不正矫正、红光闪烁、光刷或视觉刺激(CAM)等弱视综合治疗。结果治疗1个月总有效率92.89%,基本痊愈率21.8%,进步率71.09%,无效7.11%,其中轻、中度弱视治疗效果优于重度弱视(P<0.01)。结论医院集中综合治疗弱视能改善治疗依从性,提高注意力,从而取得较满意的疗效。Objective To explore therapeutic efficacy in hospital for treating preschool children＇s amblyopia. Methods Totally 211 eyes of 117 children aged 4～6 years with ametropic amplyopia received the combined amblyopia training in hospital for one month.Results The total effective rates was 92.8%;the recovery rates was 21.8%;the improvement rates was 71.0%;the inefficacy rate was 0.7%respectively.The therapeutic efficacy of mild-moderate amblyopia was superior to that of severe amblyopia.There were statistical significance of efficacy between mild-moderate group and severe group,P0.01.Conclusions Collective treatment in hospital can improve the complying with therapy and cure rate of preschool children＇s ametropic amblyopia and shorten the course of treatment.
