综合疗法加健康教育治疗儿童弱视126例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评估综合疗法加健康教育治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法对126例(186眼)弱视患儿采用综合治疗法治疗弱视,在治疗的过程中辅以健康教育,所有患者均经1～6年观察。结果126例(186眼)基本治愈135眼(72.58%)、进步49眼(26.34%)、无效2眼(1.08%)。结论儿童弱视治疗的疗效与弱视类型、年龄、程度、规范治疗、疗程及患儿对治疗的依从性有密切关系,经过健康教育后治疗的依从性提高,采用综合疗法加健康教育治疗弱视收到满意疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of amblyopia by using comprehensive treatment and health-educate Methods 126 children（186 eyes） diagnosed amblyopia were treated with comprehensive treatment combining the health-education,all were obeserved about 1～6 years.Results 135 eyes（72.58%） were cured. progress was about 26.34%.2 eyes（1.08%） had no improvement.Conclusions the results of amblyopic treatment are closely related to factors such as degree,age and patterns of amblyopia,the patient compliance got promotion after health-educate.The curative of amblyopia could get a promotion by using comprehensive treatment and health-educate.
