摘　　要：目的:探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)眼球摘除术后羟基磷灰石(hydroxyopatite,HA)眼座Ⅱ期手术的可行性。方法:回顾分析10例10眼眼球摘除术后HA义眼座Ⅱ期植入的临床效果。结果:术后随访1～3a,10例患者中8例患儿结膜创口I期愈合,有1例义眼台暴露,1例结膜肉芽肿。所有患者术后眼窝饱满,义眼活动度良好,外形得到较大改善。结论:RB眼球摘除术后Ⅱ期HA眼座植入可以很好地改善患儿外观,促进眶骨发育。AIM：To investigate the feasibility of secondary hydroxyopatite（HA） implantation in patients with retinoblastoma（RB） following ophthalmectomy.·METHODS：The effects of secondary HA implantation in 10 patients with RB following ophthalmectomy were analyzed restrospectively.·RESULTS：Follow-up ranged from one to three years.8 of 10 cases totally recovered.HA implant exposure occured in 1 case and conjunctival granulation in 1 case.The cosmetic appearance and pseudo-ophthalmic mobility were excellent in all cases.·CONCLUSION：Secondary HA implantation in patients with RB following ophthalmectomy has positive effects on orbit growth and cosmetology.
