摘　　要：法国是欧洲成人教育开展得较早并且较好的国家,对世界各国成人教育的发展产生了深远的影响。比较中法两国在成人教育方面的特点,可以看出:中法两国成人教育都具有相似的成人教育发展动力,形成了较完善的成人教育管理体系,呈现出成人教育终身化的发展趋势的共同特点。但法国成人教育在立法方面较为完善,注重经费筹措,聘请技术专家来担任教学,视质量为生命线,重视高层次人才培养;而中国成人教育在这些方面存在明显差异。故此我国成人教育应该建立健全相关法律,加强成人教育经费来源的法律保障,提高成人教育的培养层次。Among European countries, France began its adult education fairly early and has made much progress which exerts much influence all over the world in this aspect. A comparative study of the Chinese and the French adult education reveals their similar motive force and fairly good adult education system focusing on a lifelong education. Comparatively, the French adult education has a better system of legislation and funding and attaches more importance to the qualified teachers and quality education, which can shed light on the future development of the Chinese adult education.
