摘　　要：目的:探讨体外培养的正常人口腔黏膜角质细胞衰老相关的形态学特征与角蛋白表达。方法:获取正常人口腔黏膜角质细胞,进行原代和传代培养,通过相差显微镜观察细胞衰老过程中的形态学变化,免疫细胞化学法检测年轻细胞与衰老细胞角蛋白的表达。结果:口腔黏膜角质细胞在衰老过程中形态逐渐不规则,胞浆内空泡增加,衰老细胞角蛋白染色明显增强。结论:体外培养条件下,衰老的正常人口腔黏膜角质细胞角蛋白表达增加。Objective： To explore senescence-associated morphologic characteristics and keratin expression in normal human oral keratinocytes （NHOKs） in vitro. Method： NHOKs were harvested for primary culture and subculture. Morphologic change of NHOKs was viewed by phase contrast microscope and keratin expression in young or senescent NHOKs was detected through immunocytochemical method. Result：The cellular morphology became irregular and intracytoplasm vacuoles increased during aging process of NHOKs. The immunostaining of keratin strengthened obviously in senescent NHOKS. Conclusion： Keratin expression in senescent NHOKs could increase in vitro.
