摘 要:以无水氯化锌、硫代乙酰胺等为起始原料,采用声化学法制备了硫化锌(ZnS)纳米晶。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜对样品进行表征,研究了超声功率对合成产物的粒度及其反应速率的影响。结果表明:所制备ZnS纳米晶粒径在10nm左右,为α-ZnS纤锌矿结构,六方晶系,形貌为球形或近球形。随超声功率增强,ZnS纳米晶晶粒尺寸略有减小。反应时间小于110min时,随超声功率增加,产物的合成速率增大。此后,随着反应时间的延长,合成速率随超声功率的增大出现极值,当反应时间超过110min,反应速率在超声功率为300W处出现极大值。Zinc sulfide(ZnS) nanocrystallite powder was synthesized by a sonochemical technique using zinc chloride and thiacetamide as raw materials.The asprepared ZnS nanocrystallite powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron mi-croscopy.The influences of ultrasonic irradiation power on the crystallite size and synthesis reaction rate of the powder were investigated.The results show that the structure of the as-prepared ZnS nanocrystallite powder is an α-ZnS wurtzite structure with a hexagonal phase,and its morphology is spherical or sphere-like.The crystal size of the powder is about 10 nm,and decreases slightly with the increase of ultrasonic irradiation power,while its reaction rate increases in a reaction time of 〈110 min,and the synthesis reaction rate of the powder increases with the increase of ultrasonic irradiation power.After reaction for 110 min,a maximum reaction rate occurs at an ultrasonic irradiation power of 300 W.
